Vitenor Use Agreement

Purpose

Vitenor is an open practice.

The ideas, methods, tools, notes, questions, frameworks, instructions, and other materials shared through the practice are intended to support learning, inquiry, capability development, and the expansion of human agency.

Commercial Use

Commercial use permissions vary by asset.

Materials will generally be identified as one of the following:

Public Use

May be used, shared, and referenced publicly with attribution.

Internal Use

May be used within organizations but not redistributed, licensed, or sold.

Practitioner Use

May be used in professional consulting, facilitation, coaching, training, or advisory work subject to the applicable licensing terms.

Restricted Use

May not be used without explicit written permission.

Derivative Works

Vitenor recognizes that ideas evolve through use, adaptation, testing, and revision.

Derivative works may be created unless otherwise stated for a specific asset, provided that:

  • Appropriate attribution is maintained.

  • The derivative work does not imply Vitenor endorsement.

  • Modifications are clearly identified.

  • The derivative work does not restrict Vitenor from continuing to use, develop, or publish similar ideas.

Additional licensing requirements may apply to certain methods, frameworks, tools, training materials, and practitioner resources.

Why This Approach Exists

Vitenor is guided by humility, courage, and generosity.

The practice assumes that useful ideas improve through observation, challenge, adaptation, testing, and revision.

An open practice is a practical expression of those values.

Sharing knowledge does not remove the need for judgment, context, responsibility, facilitation, implementation, or experience. It simply makes the underlying ideas available for others to learn from, question, and build upon.
